General Rules

01

Parents and guardians are expected to cooperate with the school authorities in enforcing discipline among the children. They should see that the children wear the school uniform on all school days, at all school functions and whenever required by the school authorities. Students are required to come to school neat and tidy.

02

Parents should see that the children prepare their lessons at home and do their homework regularly and should help the children to take keen interest and active participation in the activities of the school.

03

Students who come late to school and those who have been absent on the previous day must obtain letter of explanation from their parents countersigned by the principal to be allowed into the class.

04

For security reasons and for the sake of discipline in the school, students will not be permitted to leave without the written application from the concerned parents/guardians.

05

The school management is the sole authority to declare holiday in the school, other than the listed holidays in the school calendar for the year.

06

Parents, friends and relatives are not allowed to walk into the classrooms or meet any teacher during the school hours. In case of urgent need, they may do so, only after obtaining proper permission from the school authorities.

07

Inquiries regarding your ward’s progress in studies have to be made during the “PARENT TEACHER” meeting. Nevertheless, your complaints and grievances can be brought to notice of the principal personally during the visiting hours rather than sending them in writing to the teachers through your wards.

08

The management is constrained to revise the fee structure from time to time as to meet all the expenses of its existence, revision of salary to staff, day to day running and school maintenance expenses etc.

09

You are also reminded to follow the instructions given on the school Notice Board.

10

All parents/guardians are expected to give full co-operation to the school in the education of the child. For the best results, it is essential that all the three factors – the child, parents and teacher work together.

11

Destructive criticism of a teacher or school authorities should be avoided in the presence of the student, because the student thus becomes inimical to the teacher and the school authorities. If you have legitimate complaints, see the Principal on the appointed time and day.
