Rev. Fr. S. Sebastian Velankanni - Message from Principal -
Susan Kaur Director of Academics

Dear Parents and well-wishers,

St. Peter’s Higher Secondary School, Karan Bagh, Jammu is permanently affiliated to CISCE, New Delhi. The school having affiliated to Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations prepares students for both ICSE and ISC curriculum. It is with great pleasure and pride that I highlight the significance of the CISCE Board and its curriculum at our school. The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) offers a holistic and comprehensive educational framework that prepares students for a successful future.

The CISCE curriculum emphasizes critical thinking, creativity, and practical skills, nurturing well-rounded individuals equipped to excel in various fields. With a focus on a broad range of subjects, including languages, sciences, humanities, and arts, students develop a deep understanding of diverse disciplines, fostering a versatile skill set.

Furthermore, CISCE assessments are structured to evaluate not just rote memorization but also conceptual understanding and application of knowledge. This approach instils a sense of analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities in our students, qualities essential for their academic and professional endeavours.

By following the CISCE curriculum, our students benefit from a curriculum that is recognized nationally and internationally, opening doors to diverse opportunities in higher education and beyond. The rigorous standards set by the CISCE Board ensure that our students are well-prepared to face challenges and succeed in a competitive global landscape.

As we continue to uphold the values and standards set by the CISCE Board, we are committed to nurturing individuals who are not just academically proficient but also morally upright and socially responsible citizens.

Together, let us embrace the excellence and integrity of the CISCE curriculum, guiding our students towards a future filled with success and fulfilment. May the dreams of our parents, students and teachers come true at the wings of St. Peter's campus as we embark another academic session. God bless us all.
